The Boulderstone Technique is a feedback therapy. It works with the practitioner feeling the PTSD within the patient and, while that is happening, the practitioner gives the feedback necessary for the patient to clear their ptsd.
All memories have to be processed for you to be at peace and that is exactly what the Boulderstone Technique does, without endless talking. This peace is possible for every single person regardless of their experiences.
In more than 25 years experience of working with PTSD we have observed how people’s minds are actually trying to heal traumatic memories by replaying them. Unfortunately, this is in conflict with their desire to do to avoid revisiting these memories. It’s this conflict that causes intense stress, panic attacks and other PTSD symptoms.
The Boulderstone Technique is predominately non-verbal. Unlike many other well-known approaches it doesn’t repress or re-energise your trauma. By working together we guide you through difficulties to peace. Done once it is then possible to repeat the process whenever needed and return to peace.
