Pete

I’ve been coming for 2 months. Next appointment is in 6 weeks. I’m very happy with the treatment.

I’ve noticed an improvement in my mental state. I’m really jolly, when I should be depressed about my circumstances. It’s flicked a switch. I didn’t want any drugs. I only took some to stop the twitching, but that calmed down after the first session with John, so I was able to come off them again. Things that might have put me under stress before and triggered off symptoms don’t any more.

There are days when I feel a lot stronger. The only problem is I then tend to do too much so I can feel weak the next day. I’m quite disciplined about doing the head clearing exercises. I recognise signs in myself when I need to do the clearing; also when to push myself harder and when I need to relax.

The effect on my mood has been the most profound, and that positively affects my health. MS feels like a physical, chemical attack on the body which causes depression, and this treatment seems to tackle that. I’m very happy with the energy I’ve got now and the physical stamina.

You might as well try this, as there is no known medical cure and all the known medications have side effects. This has no side effects and causes no problems. Instead, it has a good knock-on effect into all aspects of your life. It is better to be happy with a limp than miserable with a limp.

Diagnosed Spring 2004. Leg felt heavy; walking was laboured and slow. Very stiff neck. Treated with the Boulderstone Technique in 2007.

Report 16/8/08: Still head clearing every day. Neck is 100% better. Leg is no worse but it is still heavy and that bothers me; it holds me back. But it has not got any worse since I came for treatment and no new symptoms have developed. I haven’t had any relapses. I would certainly go back for another treatment if I did get into any kind of difficulty.
